Real Wedding | Kitsap Memorial State Park
Karissa and Paul promised their lives to each other underneath 100 year old evergreen trees, surrounded by their dearest friends and family. With a love for hiking and camping, this was the perfect venue for this outdoorsy couple. In creating our design plan with K+P, their only desires were for greenery, white blooms, and for sage and navy to be incorporated in their color scheme. We brought in Olympic Farm Style Events wooden chairs and benches to complement evergreens and log cabin. To soften the look, we used Pedersen’s Event Rentals grey linens with a white fabric runner, lush white blooms, wispy greenery, and loads of white pillar candles in glass cylinder vases. We also brought the outdoors inside with tall mixed foliage arrangements.
Our favorite detail of the day was the homemade honey caramel favors made by the groom, his brothers, and his father. We boxed the treats and wrapped them in sage colored ribbon to be placed at each seat.
