Elsa is a natural visionary with a huge heart for people. As a former personal stylist and event planner for a high-fashion retailer, she has a tasteful eye for the creative arts and brings her chic and timeless style to every event. Elsa lives with her husband of ten years, Tyson, and their little girls, Leighton Savoy, Vienna Juliet, and Rae Elizabeth in Lynnwood. When she's not working, she's likely hosting a fancy dinner party with friends, or let’s be honest, binge-watching her favorite shows in repeat.
Having traveled to over twenty countries, Hannah has a deep-rooted love for old books, cobblestone streets, and romantic designs. She loves to connect with people through stories and sees each event as a platform for expression. Hannah married her husband, Jeremiah, in September of 2015 and they have two daughters, Millie and Noa. On a wedding-free weekend, you’ll find her wandering a farmers market or hiding away with a good book and a latte.
Jess is a born and raised Seattle-ite. She’s traveled to 18 countries and 33 states, and aims to add one to the list on a yearly basis. Jess is truly a great friend, appearing as a bridesmaid in 14 weddings. So, it was a natural step into wedding planning when a college friend asked her to be their Coordinator in 2016. When Jess isn’t working on events, she’s likely cheering on her favorite sports teams or coaching local high school soccer. Jess met her boyfriend on Bumble and is a big fan of dating app couples and their stories!
Addie has been with us since nearly the beginning of juliet + lou. She’s one of the hardest workers you’ll ever meet, not to mention her great attitude and sense of humor. Addie started doing events with her mother as a young girl. She’s an artist in nearly every sense of the word: a florist, painter, and baker that comes from a large family of musicians. When she’s not doing events, you can find her spending time with her family and close friends, or working on an art project.
Trust: Our clients trust us immensely. They trust us to honor their friends and family, to offer advice and counsel, to be professionals handling each task with tact and discretion, and to execute their event seamlessly. We, in turn, extend that same trust to our team.
Approachability: As hospitality professionals, we value our relationships and aim to create happy and memorable experiences for all. This means showing warmth and kindness to all vendors, clients, guests, and teammates, promoting diversity and inclusivity in our industry, and being readily available when needed.
Family: Core to who we are, family is our top priority. We believe family and marriage are sacred and we choose to honor, protect, and advocate for unity in our personal lives and with our clients.
Artistry: We take our craft seriously and we are committed to growing, learning, and pushing ourselves creativity. Our style is modern and timeless, and our artistry is what allows us to make each event as unique and special.
Perfectly Imperfect: We create beautiful, dynamic, and premium events. But every event has its challenges. That’s why our planners must be resourceful, attentive, flexible, have the ability to solve problems, and be comfortable with the ebb and flow that comes with event execution.
Joy: We love what we do, even when it’s hard. As event planners, we set the tone for the day. We believe in adding value to the room; being a joyful and peaceful presence; and reminding others that we’re here to have fun and celebrate.
